As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring robust internal controls and adherence to regulatory standards, we are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our Internal Audit & Compliance Department.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to develop and implement internal auditing activities that align with international standards, industry standards, strategic plans, and allocated budgets. Focus efforts on specific departments, branches, or operational areas within Green Delta Insurance Company Limited.
  • Evaluate the adequacy and efficiency of management controls by scrutinizing the performance of functional tasks during routine operations.
  • Execute audits across various auditable units, meticulously analyzing issues identified, and prepare detailed reports offering valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Effectively communicate audit findings to process owners, facilitating the initiation of improvements aimed at optimizing operations and minimizing costs.
  • Conduct follow-up on routine audit findings to review the status of implementation for mitigation measures.
  • Oversee compliance and efficiency while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within Green Delta Insurance Company Limited.
  • Assignment as recommended by the Head of Department and Management.
