The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
Capable of handling big industrial construction projects.
Capable of collecting, compiling & commensuration mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other utility plans with structural design/ plan.
Having workable knowledge on structural and fire & safety requirements; especially on the requirements from ACCORD & ALLIANCE.
Having elementary knowledge on factory workplace layout and space distribution requirements with proper ventilation.

To handle independently civil construction work of factory construction.
Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial managerial personnel.
Resolve design and development problems.
Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project feasibility.
Make sure the project complies legal requirements.
Ensure the day-to-day construction operations are done safely, timely and highest quality standards.
Making BOQ for construction projects.
Maintain Civil works as per factory requirements.
Design & planning for water line maintenance.
Guide construction people like interior technician, sanitary technician, plumber, meson etc.
Estimation, Costing & time scheduling making for big construction work.
Structural design making with auto CAD/ Revit Architect software.
Candidate should have good Knowledge about ACCORD/Alliance and BV experience will give preferable.
Prepares feasibility study by analyzing engineering design; conducting environmental impact studies assembling data.
Good Knowledge about BNBC 2006.
