Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Node.js to join our team in Dhaka. This position offers the unique opportunity to work on U.S. projects during U.S. business hours (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM Bangladesh Time), providing real-time collaboration with our American teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Be Proactive: Take initiative in developing and maintaining high-performance server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.

- Think Win-Win: Work collaboratively with front-end developers and UI/UX designers to build robust and efficient systems that provide excellent user experiences.

Ideal Candidate:
- 3-4 years of professional experience in backend development, specifically with Node.js and related frameworks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+, and an understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with databases (RDBMS like PostgreSQL, MySQL and NoSQL like MongoDB), and familiarity with RESTful APIs and server-side security principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
