Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages consistently according to recipes.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and seating area.
Manage cash register: handle payments, issue receipts, and balance cash drawer.
Recommend products, upsell pastries or additional menu items when appropriate.
Follow health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
Restock supplies like coffee beans, milk, cups, and napkins as needed.
Communicate clearly with team members and assist in training new staff if required.
Address customer questions, feedback, or complaints professionally and promptly.
Stay updated about new coffee trends and menu changes.
