Additional Requirements

Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
Take and prepare customer orders with attention to detail and consistency.
Educate customers about our coffee offerings and assist with their selections.
Make coffee to operate Coffee Machines & applied various methods.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including latte, cappuccino, Espresso, Mexican, Mocha with other special soft drinks.
Ensure beverages are prepared to company standards regarding taste, presentation, and temperature.
Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and serving areas clean and sanitized.
Monitor and restock coffee supplies, condiments, and other items as needed.
Follow proper food safety and hygiene standards.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Recommend additional items, such as pastries or seasonal specials, to enhance the customer experience.
Participate in promotions and upselling initiatives to drive sales.
Share your valuable thoughts & ideas so that our company can smoothly reached there, to achieve targeted Goal ahead.
