Responsibilities & Context

We are opening a New Thai Restaurant in Dhaka fully owned by Thai National with it’s Ambience, Attentive Service and delectable dishes. It offers a taste of authentic Thai Flavors in the Heart of Dhaka.

The Job of Bartender Is Executed Satisfactorily When

1. All rules & regulations are strictly adhered within the hotel including hotel’s policy on fire and safety as well as hygiene regulations including HACCP.

2. The service team is well managed, having delegated the appropriate tasks to the team members.

3. The sales are driven to the outlet’s full potential and that budget is adhered to.

4. A High quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.

5. The outlet is developed in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times.

6. A courteous, professional and efficient service is provided at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers at the bar area and asking what they need.
• Providing knowledgeable and creative drink recommendations.
• Fulfilling customer drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Keeping the bar stocked by replacing empty bottles and kegs of beer.
• Cleaning the bar, washing glasses and wiping down surfaces.
• Taking cash or card payments from customers.
• Keeping up to date with the latest drink trends.
• Verifying the age and checking the identification of potential customers
