Master of Business Administration (MBA)
BBA / Graduate / MBA / Masters from any reputed University. (Skills and portfolio matter most).
Experience
3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Requirements
3 to 5 years in video editing, graphics design, and digital ad management (Real estate experience preferred).
Technical Skills: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Meta Ads Manager.
Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio link showcasing past video editing and design work.
Responsibilities & Context
Create high-quality long-form property tour videos and motion-graphic reels for social media ads.
Design promotional banners, posters, and digital marketing graphics for real estate projects.
Run and optimize targeted ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram etc.
Capture incoming buyer leads from ads, organize them in lead spreadsheets, and hand over qualified contacts to our sales executive.
