Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Digital Marketing, PR, and Branding to lead our e-commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of funnel marketing strategies, have a strong background in digital marketing campaigns, and demonstrate lead conversion in driving business growth through innovative marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Design, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products, services, and brand.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance online presence, drive website traffic, and increase conversions.
  • Oversee and improve the company’s digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.

    PR & Branding:

  • Manage and strengthen the company’s brand identity through consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Create and manage PR campaigns to enhance the company’s reputation and brand awareness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry leaders to boost brand visibility.

    Analytics & Reporting:

  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics GA4, Google Analytics 360, WebTrends) to measure campaign performance and customer behavior.
  • Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.

    Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the digital space and work towards expanding the company’s market presence.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Drive growth initiatives and partnerships to expand the company’s reach in the digital marketplace.

    Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric marketing.
