Responsibilities & Context

• Greet guests and escort them to their rooms

• Carry guests luggage

• Help guests with any needs or requests they have

• Keep the lobby and public areas clean and tidy
• Monitor guest activity in the lobby and public areas
• Answer questions about the hotel and its facilities
• Make sure all common areas are well-stocked with supplies
• Help set up chairs and other equipment for events taking place in the hotel
• Assist with serving food and drinks at hotel functions
• Set up meeting rooms for events taking place at the hotel
