We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Executive to join our team. As a Bench Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying and connecting top-notch IT professionals with suitable client projects. Your primary responsibility will be to fill the bench by sourcing and placing talented IT consultants, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

– Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships within the IT industry.

– Match consultants’ skills and experience with client needs, ensuring a strong fit and delivering successful placements.

– Negotiate rates, contract terms, and conditions with clients and consultants, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

– Maintain accurate documentation of all client and consultant interactions, contracts, agreements, and correspondence.

– Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients and consultants, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns.

– Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market demands, and competitive intelligence, aligning sales strategies accordingly.

– Collaborate with internal teams, such as recruiters and account managers, to effectively align client requirements and consultant skills.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in bench sales or IT sales/recruiting within the IT industry.

– Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skills required for successful placements.

– Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and consultant relationships.

– Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

– Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

– Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

– Proficient English and MS Office Suite.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field is preferred.
