Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: Benemoy Securities Ltd., a leading brokerage house in Bangladesh, is seeking an experienced Trade Manager/Senior Trader to manage trading operations, optimize investment strategies, and ensure compliance with market regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and proven experience in securities trading.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute and manage trades in equity, fixed income, and other securities efficiently.
- Develop and implement trading strategies to maximize returns and minimize risk.
- Monitor market trends, price movements, and liquidity to inform trading decisions.
- Manage client orders, ensuring timely execution and maintaining high-quality client service.
- Supervise and mentor junior traders and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trading reports for management.
- Liaise with brokers, market makers, and financial institutions to optimize trading operations.
- Contribute to the development of risk management strategies and trading frameworks.
