Requirements

Education

Post-Graduation from any reputed university in any discipline with no Third Division/Class

Experience

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

Additional Requirements

Minimum 03 years banking experience with minimum 01 year experience at Risk Management Division
Strong data management in Excel and other platforms with analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, public relationship, communication and people management skills
Sufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Responsibilities & Context

Collecting and analyzing data/information for identifying risks and making appropriate recommendations for risk mitigation;

Formulating and reviewing risk management policies, guidelines, manual, SRP Supplementary Documents etc. with due consideration for regulatory directives;

Preparing regulatory reports (MCR, ICCAP Report, Disclosure on Risk Based Capital, Stress Testing, Risk Appetite Statement, Recovery Plan, MRMR, CRMR etc.);

Arranging ERMC & SRP meeting and preparing meeting minutes, disseminating the decisions to the concerned department/divisions, monitoring and follow up of implementation status;

Ensuring accurate and timely completion and submission of RBS RITs, risk assessment schedules, and regulatory responses;

Coordinating with regulatory, supervisory and working teams during on-site/off-site RBS inspections, reviews, meetings, and data sharing sessions;

Communicating regulatory updates, supervisory observations, circulars, and guidelines to relevant internal stakeholders and translate requirements into operational actions;
