Experience
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fast Food Shop
Additional Requirements
5+ years in HR/operations within food service or retail.
Strong financial acumen with a record of accomplishment in cost control and profitability.
Knowledge of labour laws, food safety standards, and compliance.
Tech-savvy with experience in HRIS or inventory management systems.
Leadership skills to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment

Location: Corporate Headquarters, Mirpur (Travel to chain locations required)
Reports To: CEO / Board of Directors
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Workforce Planning: Optimize staffing to meet the dynamic needs of the food service industry.
Financial Management: Control HR and admin budgets, drive cost efficiency, and maximize profitability.
Facilities & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
Supplier & Inventory: Oversee procurement of high-quality ingredients at competitive costs.
Training & Development: Implement programs for customer service, food safety, and operational excellence.
Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture to reduce turnover and boost retention.
Technology Integration: Leverage HR and inventory systems to enhance efficiency.
