Responsibilities & Context

Core Responsibilities:

Pick-up and Delivery: Collecting items from a designated location and delivering them to the recipient’s address.
Route Planning: Determining the most efficient route to minimize travel time and ensure timely delivery.
Traffic Navigation: Safely navigating through city traffic while adhering to traffic laws.
Customer Interaction: Interacting with customers, potentially providing updates, and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
Package Handling: Ensuring packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition.
Documentation: Maintaining records of deliveries, including signatures or other confirmations as needed.
