Responsibilities & Context
- Pick up and deliver food/products/packages to customers on time.
- Ensure the correct order is delivered to the correct address.
- Collect payments (cash or digital) if required.
- Maintain delivery logs and records accurately.
- Handle products with care and maintain company image during delivery.
- Coordinate with store/dispatch team for order preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and regular servicing of the assigned bike.
- Comply with traffic laws and safety regulations.
