Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible for maintaining appropriate/decent professional behavior towards the patient/client.
• Data entry as per prescription/patient’s requirements.
• To ensure the cash management is in favor of the bill/invoice.
• Cash reconciliation and handover to the authorized person/place.
• Maintain the serial system as per PDCL policies.
• Describe patient preparation & direct patients to the appropriate room for their tests and specimens.
• Provide information to the patients/clients regarding medical services and prices as required.
• Discusses with patient/client regarding bill as per queries over phone and face-to-face.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Perform any other reasonable task that is assigned by PDCL authorities.
