Job Description:

Billing:

Generate bills for diagnostic services (e.g., pathology, imaging, consultations).
Verify test requisitions and patient information before billing.
Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and front desk staff to ensure accuracy in billing.
Collect payments via cash, card, or mobile payment methods.
Maintain daily billing records and report to the accounts department.
Handle patient queries related to billing and clarify discrepancies.
Ensure proper application of discounts, packages, and promotional offers.
Prepare end-of-day cash reconciliation and submit reports to management.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial data.

Roster wise Duty: 7 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM
