We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team at our Depot to ensure the smooth operation of our financial activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
  • Verify billing data, including product prices, quantities, and terms.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any customer queries or disputes.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and accounts receivable.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
