We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team at our Depot to ensure the smooth operation of our financial activities.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers accurately and promptly.
- Verify billing data, including product prices, quantities, and terms.
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any customer queries or disputes.
- Maintain up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Generate and analyze billing reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the month-end closing process by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy.
