The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic, Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
Additional Requirements
Age 20 to 35 years
● Computer skills will get preference.
● Ability to work under pressure, be flexible in challenging situations.
● Experience in IPD, OPD billing.
● Experience in handling Hospital Billing Software.
Responsibilities & Context
Provide information to patients, regarding service of the hospital both out patients and inpatients.
Inform to the patient party about OT services, inpatient admission and discharge rule of the hospital.
Receive payment, input data into system properly and generate bill for customers.
Prepare patient wise cash settlement and submit Finance and Accounts department.
Ensure the prompt, courteous and efficient service is provided to the patient party in order to maximize satisfaction from entrance to exit.
Listen to the patient queries or complain and address the issue with help from reporting authority.
Perform any other reasonable task that may be assigned by the management or departmental incharge.
