• Must have minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience as Billing Supervisor in a Hospital.
• Preferably in Hospital IPD/OPD Billing experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with high level of emotional intelligence.
• Team player with leadership qualities.
• Advanced level computer skills particularly in MS Excel and Word.
• Experienced in working in Software.
• Might require to complete tasks outside working hours to the extent necessary to carry out her/his duties.

Job Context

AMZ Hospital Ltd is envisions a network of quality, patient-centered one-stop outpatient and Inpatient health centers offering family doctors, including women’s health, outpatient department with visiting specialists, comprehensive diagnostic lab, including advanced imaging, and pharmacy.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all Patients and their Attendants with appropriate manners & curtsy and arrange pre-consultation requirements as necessary.
• Guide the patients regarding investigation, medication & follow-up visit.
• Must have Experience to use billing software.
• Patients diagnosis Invoice, IPD and OPD bill should be prepared in software as per cost sheet and Hospital policy.
• Daily, cash collection and reports should be submitted to accounts department.
• Any incomplete work needs to handover to receiver time to time.
• Providing information to patients regarding medical services, packages and other facilities.
• Patients outstanding bills should be collected by talking to Patients or Patient’s attendants every day.
• File of patients outstanding bills should be maintained properly.
• Financial reports prepared as per Management Requirement.
• Maintain good liaison with all the department of hospital.
