Additional Requirements

Should have minimum 2 to 5 years of experience of managing bio-medical equipment (X-ray & Ultrasound machines) in hospitals/healthcare.Should have sound knowledge of all kinds of hospital equipment.
Should have experience implementing and monitoring maintenance for corporate hospital equipment.
Excellent communication skills with verbal, written & e-mail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsible for ensuring smooth functionality of the biomedical engineering department.
Advise hospital administrators on the planning, acquisition, and use of medical equipment.
Planning & following up pre-installation requirements for biomedical machines.
Drawing up a periodic maintenance & routine servicing schedule for all equipment.Install, adjust, maintain, repair, or provide technical support for biomedical equipment.
Advise and assist in the application of instrumentation in clinical & room environments.
Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment.
Train end user and other personnel on the proper use of equipment.
Provide information & communication with other departments for biomedical machines functionality.
Record keeping of daily service reports, under service report & breakdown register.
Follow up requirements parts for biomedical machines & Preventive maintenance.
