Responsibilities & Context
- Overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical devices and equipment, ensuring they function correctly and safely. Adjust, maintain, repair, or provide technical support for biomedical equipment. ยท
- Maintain effective communication with vendors for scheduled and unscheduled servicing of Biomedical Machines and Equipements. Authorize & follow up requirements parts for biomedical machines & preventive maintenance.
- Conducting regular inspections and testing of equipment to ensure reliability and safety and implementing quality control measures. Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment.
- Conducting training sessions for staff on new technologies and best practices in equipment use. Train end user and other personnel on the proper use of equipment.
