Performs Maintenance, Repair, Replacement, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Biomedical Equipment with strict adherence to safety standards.
Conduct rigorous testing of biomedical equipment to ensure safety and effectiveness. Analyze data and modify designs based on test results.
Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of medical equipment. Troubleshoot and repair any issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Provides technical assistance to hospital staff in the operation of biomedical equipment & performs troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
Communicates with hospital department supervisors and workers to coordinate maintenance work so as to minimize discomfort or disruption and complete work in a timely manner.
Ensure all medical devices and equipment comply with relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
Maintain detailed records of design processes, test results, maintenance activities, and regulatory compliance documentation.
