Requirements
Education
Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Government institute
B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
Experience
3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Development Agency, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Additional Requirements
Age At least 35 years
Only Male
Good knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and site work
Basic skills in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Responsible, hardworking, and willing to work at project sites
Ability to handle tasks under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities & Context
Assist in site supervision and monitor daily construction activities (from foundation to finishing)
Review and understand structural, architectural, and MEP drawings before execution
Support in preparing work schedules, BOQ, and material requirements
Ensure work progress follows design, quality, and safety standards
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth site operations
Prepare the project cost estimate before commencing the project work and obtain management approval
Evaluate the project cost estimate against actual costs, identify variances, and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization
Report daily work progress, manpower, and material usage to the Project Engineer / Project Manager
Assist in resolving on-site technical or coordination issues under the guidance of senior engineers
Maintain proper documentation, measurement records, and site reports
Monitor and control wastage of materials and ensure proper storage at site
Follow company policies, safety rules, and instructions from the project management team
Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
