• Minimum 07 years in similar post.
• Should have sound knowledge in automated blending machine etc.

Responsibilities & Context

• Operate and monitor the blending process to ensure accurate mixing of raw materials as per the recipe.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the blending equipment and surrounding area.
• Measure and weigh ingredients to achieve consistency in production.
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and other parameters during the blending process.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Record production data and report any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines during operation.
• Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
