Emrill Dubai is a renowned company committed to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled BMS Operator to join our team.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal performance of all building systems.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of BMS equipment and related systems.

Respond to alarms and alerts generated by the BMS, identifying and resolving issues promptly.

Conduct regular inspections and tests of BMS components to ensure proper operation.

Maintain accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and repairs.

Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system improvements and upgrades.

Adhere to safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other team members.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; Diploma/ITI in Engineering is also acceptable.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an engineering or technical environment.

Strong understanding of BMS principles and technical skills.

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment related to BMS.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

OVERSEAS EXPERIENCE WILL GER PREFERENCE.
