- Able to conduct all types of maintenance related to the boiler and its accessories.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- Maintain the operation of all equipment located in the boiler house safely and efficiently.
- Understand the plant’s steam distribution and condensate returning system to enable troubleshooting problems in the system.
- Perform and record the safety checks required for safe and efficient operation.
- Maintain operation of the cooling towers/pump houses and related equipment.
- Record data and keep logs of operation and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot both electrical & mechanical issues.
- Assist in the operation of boilers when required.
- Treat boiler feed water, using specified chemicals
- Record data and keep logs of operation.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
