Job Description: We are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated BPO Operations Coordinator to join our team. This position demands exceptional English communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proven track record in the BPO industry. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for executing various operational tasks with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Exhibit proficiency in a range of technical tools and platforms, such as Google Workspace, Vendor Management Software (VMS), and CRM systems.
  • Keep precise records, databases, and files while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and efficiently resolve issues. Proactively anticipate needs and tackle challenges as they emerge.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Manage administrative tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Perform any tasks assigned by the Operational Team in accordance with the company’s needs.

 

Job Location: Dhaka (Avenue 3, Block : C, Banasree, Rampura)

Compensation & Other Benefits

Salary Range: Negotiable monthly, commensurate with experience.
Full-time position with working hours from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM or 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Weekend (Sat,Sun)
