Bachelor/Honors in any discipline from a recognized and reputed university.
Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, or Marketing role

Responsibilities & Context
Develop and implement strategic partnership management plans to build, strengthen, and maintain effective partnerships with corporate, government, development, and other external stakeholders.
Prepare and coordinate communication materials, presentations, proposals, and stakeholder briefs for external audiences in collaboration with the Communication and relevant internal teams.
Maintain effective liaison with relevant government departments, agencies, corporate organizations, and institutional partners to facilitate collaboration and support BKL’s strategic interests.
Develop and submit reports, presentations, and required information/data to relevant government authorities in collaboration with relevant teams and ensure timely and accurate responses to official requests.
Maintain comprehensive stakeholder and partnership database and report on partnership performance, stakeholder engagement activities, and business development opportunities to management.
Monitor external stakeholder movements, policy developments, market dynamics, and emerging trends; conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to address potential impacts on the organization.
Safeguarding Responsibilities
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve organization’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
