General Banking:
- Take initiatives for smooth customer service
- Look after complaint issues
- Report to relevant stakeholders·
- Generate new ideas to develop optimal customer service
Cash Department:
- Making payments and receiving cash efficiently, and flawlessly; within the shortest possible time
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction by ensuring Service Excellence in the Cash Area
- Achieving assigned Business targets set by the Management
- Remaining aware of fake notes, fraudulent transactions and Money Laundering while providing service
- Necessary maintenance/ Cash loading / Reconcile of ATM
Branch Retail RM :
- Look after branch SME business-related issues
- Report to relevant authorities (internal & external)
- Generate new ideas to ensure balanced business growth
