Education

Experience

Responsibilities & Context

General Banking:

  • Take initiatives for smooth customer service
  • Look after complaint issues
  • Report to relevant stakeholders·
  • Generate new ideas to develop optimal customer service

Cash Department:

  • Making payments and receiving cash efficiently, and flawlessly; within the shortest possible time
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction by ensuring Service Excellence in the Cash Area
  • Achieving assigned Business targets set by the Management
  • Remaining aware of fake notes, fraudulent transactions and Money Laundering while providing service
  • Necessary maintenance/ Cash loading / Reconcile of ATM

Branch Retail RM :

  • Look after branch SME business-related issues
  • Report to relevant authorities (internal & external)
  • Generate new ideas to ensure balanced business growth

Branch SME RM:

  • Look after branch SME business-related issues
  • Report to relevant authorities (internal & external)
  • Generate new ideas to ensure balanced business growth
