Unique Business Systems Limited is looking for highly ambitious, goal oriented, enthusiastic individuals who is ready to take challenges. Anyone who is at present appointed as Branch In-Charge or Manager within a Company of Computer Hardware/Network/IT Companies with successful performance record in achieving business target are encouraged to apply.

  • Responsible and accountable for the overall business portfolios and supervision of the Branch located in computer market of Dhaka. Direct all operational aspects including channel distribution operations, customer service and sales (i.e. Corporate visit to generate sales through the team and effectively participate in Tender to generate sales).
  • Develop sales forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
  • Implement the agreed business plan, conduct follow up and monitoring to achieve planned business target and recovery of dues.
  • Overall responsibility to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales target that are set for the Branch.
  • Ability to sale Projector, Interactive White Board, Interactive Flat Panel, Digital Display Board, Laptop, Desktop, Video wall, Sound system, Language Lab, Note counting machine  etc.
  • Grow the customer base through marketing and business development efforts and keep the business running among existing customers.
  • Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
  • Finding new customers for business development and ensuring maximum customer service.
  • Should have good and strong communications skill to convince the corporate clients and Government bodies.
  • Control all the operational activities of the branch.
  • Arrange promotional activities like dealer program Fair, Road Show, Campaign & also encourage dealers to promote your product.
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Responsible for the branch and employee management in respect of attendance, visit, display, credit recovery etc.
  • Set the Promotions/ Incentive program for particular product / Dealer.
  • Manage all marketing communication and marketing requirements through effective management of the marketing function.
  • Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
  • Have the capability to lead the Branch team.
