- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration. Marketing, or a related field.
Experience
- 5 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies

Responsibilities & Context
- Accountable for achieving set targets of an assigned team in terms of Asset and liability.
- Responsible for overall branch operations.
- Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
- Responsible for providing extraordinary customer service experience.
- Responsible for leading and developing a team.
- Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment.
- Developing and implementing sales plans and conducting regular sales and operations meetings.
- Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information.
- Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch.
- Interacting with customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and gain useful feedback.
- Support team members of sales and will be accountable for achieving targets and goals.
- Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force function.
- Responsible for Stock and Inventory Management.
- Preparing reports as required for the head of Business.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
