Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee all operational aspects of the branch, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage branch resources effectively to meet operational demands and customer expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch sales targets and growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the branch’s customer base.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, reporting to the Regional/Area Manager regularly.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Oversee the branch’s financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Implement effective stock control measures to minimize losses and wastage.
