As we continue to grow and enhance our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Credit Cards under Retail Financial Services Division.

Position Overview

The Branch Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the branch’s overall business strategy. This position requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in branch business specially in retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business and branch operations, developing strategies to optimize branch business growth and managing key relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve set business and business growth targets in both asset and liability (specially in Retail Business).
  • Ensure branch profitability through controllable Profit before Tax (PBT) & Provision.
  • Well management of NPL & PAR of Asset portfolio.
  • Ensure “Superior” level customer services at Branch level, based on Customer Service Survey.
  • Handle customer complaints positively and convert them into service improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze the patterns of customer’s changing needs of financial services and recommend ways to tackle those.
  • Efficient in managing internal and external branch audit.
  • Oversee the daily branch operations, ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align branch business strategies with overall business objectives and financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team within the department.
