Responsibilities & Context
- Management of the following teams: Playground Attendants Team (aprx 9 members)
- Reception & Ticketing Team ( aprx 2 members) Kitchen, Cleaning & Security Team (aprx 2 members)
- Scheduling staff rotation as per the flow of clients and capacity utilization
- Maintain 100% cleanliness of the facility
- Smooth flow of operations during birthday events, occasional events, or School parties.
- Compose sales projection report & follow up to achieve
- Check for regular equipment management & follow up with the concerned team to fix.
- Execute operations with proper Compliance maintaining liaised to Compliance Depertment.
- Handle cash & execute cash management with concern deptment.
- Implement Marketing policy.
- Hiring & training staff
- Stock Management Cooperation with Management
- Handles guest problems and complaints.
- Any other responsibilities to be assigned from time to time by the management.
