  • Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh, considering the capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of branch operations, business growth, customer experience, profitability, and overall team performance.
  • Drive the achievement of branch business objectives across deposits, loans, fee-based income, and other key performance indicators.
  • Enhance branch profitability through effective portfolio management, customer acquisition and retention, cross-selling initiatives, and prudent cost management.
  • Lead and supervise the Sales & Service Manager, Operations Manager, Relationship Managers, and other branch personnel to ensure business and service outcomes.
  • Expand the customer base of the branch by cultivating strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct preliminary assessment of Retail and SME loan applications in line with credit policies and risk guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, audit standards, and operational risk management practices.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through employee development, motivation, and performance management.
