Responsibilities & Context
JCX Hospitality industry “Beyond Buffet” is a concern of JCX development Ltd is hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor overall hall staff’s .
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures for the efficient operation of the hall.
- Follow-up the food quality process & properly maintains food costing.
- Ensure compliance with food and work safety protocol.
- Managing buffet staff and their schedule.
- Hiring and training new team members.
- Analyzing financial records.
- Reviewing or upgrading menus.
- Promoting the restaurant .
- Must be aware of safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure a clean and pleasant atmosphere of restaurant at all times.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment within the hall.
- Assist management with office duties as needed.
- Aid in other areas of the unit as necessary.
- Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
- Provide training to staff on safety procedures, customer service standards, and other relevant topics.
- Anything assigned by the management .
