We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our flagship showroom, the concept store in Gulshan 2 area, specializing in high-end home appliances and consumer electronics. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong customer service orientation, and a deep understanding of the luxury retail market. This role demands a commitment to excellence in customer experience, aligning with international standards, and driving showroom performance to new heights.

 

Job Description:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the flagship showroom, the Concept Store ensuring a seamless and luxurious customer experience.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates and support staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure all customers receive exceptional service that meets and exceeds international luxury retail standards.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and logistics to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Manage credit operations, ensuring adherence to company credit policies and procedures.
  • Take ownership of hire purchase agreements, overseeing the timely collection of payments.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive showroom performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders and high-end customers.
  • Maintain an immaculate and visually appealing showroom that reflects the luxury status of the brand.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to implement effective promotional activities and displays.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
