Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Kids Playground. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children while managing staff, customer service, and daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Management

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the playground.
Maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment that complies with safety and hygiene regulations.
Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs as needed.
Implement policies and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Staff Management
Train, and supervise playground staff, ensuring excellent customer service.
Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure adequate staffing.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Customer Service & Experience
Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for children and parents.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
Organize special events, birthday parties, and promotional activities to boost engagement.
Sales & Revenue Management
Drive sales by promoting membership programs, birthday party packages, and other services.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall financial performance of the branch.
Implement marketing strategies to attract more visitors and increase profitability.
Health & Safety Compliance
Ensure all safety protocols and emergency procedures are followed.
Conduct regular safety checks and train staff on first aid and emergency response.
Stay updated with health and safety regulations and ensure compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or play area management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
Knowledge of safety regulations and first aid certification (preferred).
