Job Summary:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales, marketing, and operations of the branch to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves leading a team, developing marketing strategies, managing sales targets, and ensuring smooth branch operations for an ISP business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet branch revenue targets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, including B2B and B2C sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, residential customers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote ISP services.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses for cross-promotions and referrals.
- Organize promotional events, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
Operations & Team Management
- Supervise and motivate the sales and customer service teams.
- Monitor branch performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage inventory, logistics, and branch operational costs.
Customer Service & Retention
- Address customer complaints and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer retention and minimize churn.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in the ISP or telecommunications industry.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of internet services, broadband technologies, and network infrastructure.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and develop strategic plans.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management software.
