Age at least 35 years

Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Division/Class

Minimum 10 years of experience in reputed banks with 3 years of experience in similar role preferably in a large corporate branch located in major locations having excellent clientele base for Corporate, SME & Retail Businesses.

Solution oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute ideas

Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable

Strong knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management, and Foreign Trade Operations is required

Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Partnership Act, Bangladesh Artha Rin Adalat, AML Act, Negotiable Instrument Act, Regulatory Guidelines, respective job-related Laws and acts, etc.

Strong leadership qualities for coaching, mentoring and managing people

Excellent business communication skills with effective sales acumen and strong interpersonal relationship

Sufficient skills to operate Microsoft Office Applications/ banking software

Responsibilities & Context

Ensuring smooth functioning of daily banking operations, branch business and high-quality customer services

Develop and execute business plan and strategy in line with achieving the branch contribution to profitability and growth

Planning, directing and managing Branch Sales Team for acquiring new businesses and achieving desired sales targets

Playing key role for delivering tailored financial solutions that meet customer’s needs; building long lasting relationship in local community

Effective ownership and execution role of single captain in promoting and establishing business contacts and manage relationships for expansion of business opportunities

Ensure effective process, regulatory compliance and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements

Leading, coaching and managing people, assisting them to achieve individual and team targets as well as fostering their individual career development aspirations.
