Responsibilities & Context
Branch/Sub-Branch Manager (PO to AVP) for Kushtia, Rajshahi, Satkhira and Dinajpur District.
- Overall supervision of the branch
- To ensure business target of the branch
- To help and organize sales promotions (Campaigns, presentations, seminars, exhibitions etc.) in co- ordination with the other channels.
- To ensure cost minimization and maximize branch profitability.
- Pre-screening of loan applications to maintain portfolio quality.
- Ensure effective services.
- Ensure good audit rating for the branch by maintaining proper compliance.
- Ensure compliance with existing AML policies of the bank & local directives to preventing Money Laundering
