To support our continuous growth, we are looking for a smart, energetic and hard-working team member for the position outlined above.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop market and consumer insights by engaging in various market research activities to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Analyze market data and competitor activities to provide actionable insights for new product development.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (e.g. Product Development, Sales, and Agency) to create new products and packaging.
- Assist in developing new products. e.g. product specifications, pricing strategies, and launch timelines.
- Assist in product positioning, branding, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare product feasibility studies in coordination with relevant departments.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution of product launches.
- Work closely with the field team, retailers, and consumers to prepare post-launch data analysis, reports, and presentations.
- Work in collaboration with the factory team to ensure seamless product development and production trials.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
