Responsibilities & Context

Brand Strategy: Develop and execute targeted brand strategies that reflect Fiber@Home’s core values and market positioning.

Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent and cohesive brand message across all customer touchpoints, including digital platforms, advertising, and customer communications.

Campaign Leadership: Design and manage impactful brand campaigns that increase awareness and drive customer engagement.

Content Direction: Guide the creation of high-quality, brand-aligned content, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Market Insights: Leverage market research and data analytics to refine brand strategies and respond to industry trends.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage relationships with external agencies to ensure brand objectives are met.

Performance Monitoring: Track the effectiveness of brand initiatives, using key metrics to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

Innovation and Adaptation: Stay ahead of industry developments, continuously seeking opportunities to innovate and enhance the brand.

Ensuring New Clients: Develop and implement strategies to attract, onboard, and retain new clients, ensuring consistent brand growth and expansion.
