Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA preferred).
  • North South University,Independent University, Bangladesh,IBA, Dhaka University students will get preference

Experience

  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Training Institutes, Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, Immigration/Visa Processing, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to lead and enhance the brand identity of the British American Resource Center (BARC). As the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in positioning our organization as the premier choice for English language learning and personal development. Your primary goal will be to establish a strong, consistent, and relatable brand that resonates with our audience, particularly students and young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies aligned with BARC’s vision, mission, and values.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the design and production of promotional materials, both digital and print.

Content and Messaging:

  • Ensure all communication aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and identity.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging content for social media, blogs, and other platforms.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive branding efforts.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors for advertising, PR, and design needs.

Customer Insights:

  • Conduct regular research to understand customer preferences and market needs.
  • Use data and feedback to refine branding strategies and improve customer experience.

Performance Monitoring:      

  • Track and analyze the performance of branding initiatives using KPIs.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
