Currently STL is looking for dynamic, hardworking, intelligent and self-driven candidates for the mentioned position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy to reach customers effectively, communicate the value proposition of the product to them and influence their purchase decision.
  • Formulate marketing mix and prepare plan to increase market share and ensure sales growth for assigned brand(s).
  • Identify market opportunity as well as target customers and generate innovative ideas for building brand equities.
  • Monitor marketing campaigns and engagement of own and competitors’ brands in relevant media platforms along with their changes in claim and SKU
  • Exploring untapped consumer demand and new products to meet the demand as a way to carry sustainable growth avenue for the brand
