Responsibilities & Context

  • Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze global and local fashion trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the market.
  • Competitor Assessment: Conduct regular assessments of competitor strategies, product offerings, and marketing initiatives to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Research: Utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to gain insights into target audience behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns. Translate findings into actionable strategies to enhance brand positioning and market share.
  • Content Planning: Develop comprehensive content strategies across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and impactful content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Strategic Brand Planning: Lead the development and execution of strategic brand plans that align with business objectives and drive sustainable growth. Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition to effectively communicate Showstopper’s unique identity and value to consumers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of brand strategies across all touchpoints.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of brand initiatives and campaigns. Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
