Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:
- Total responsible for product safety and quality standard to meet the customer requirement;
- Good communicate with the buyer’s representative and follow their time-to-time instructions accurately;
- Monitor the quality and quantity of finished product during delivery as per AQL standard;
- Ensure all quality parameters during new developments and monitor and evaluation daily QC activities & reports;
- Implementation of the quality process as per SOP;
- Set Quality standard and drive Quality Control system and maintain Quality Assurance;
- Prepare quality action plan and arrange PP, Pilot, First Bulk, meetings and maintain the records, distribute them to relevant departments and analysis result;
- Monitor daily AQL audit DHU reports and arrange corrective/preventive action plan and analysis results;
- Conduct quality audit daily basis and submit report to Head of Quality;
- Conduct risk analysis meeting for all the styles and maintain the records;
- Prepare factory for technical/Quality Audit;
- Must have the ability to provide training to the staffs & workers.
