Requirements

Education

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results.
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic brand partnerships that align with Ayykori Digital Ltd.’s business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual benefit.
  • Work closely with partners to develop and execute co-branded campaigns, promotions, and events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that support the company’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives into broader company strategies.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential partners and assess the competitive landscape, staying informed on industry trends and opportunities.
  • Track and evaluate the performance of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future collaborations.
  • Ensure all partnerships are aligned with the brand’s values, messaging, and positioning in the market.
  • Lead and mentor a team of partnership managers, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
