Candidate must have In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Lean Management. Exceptional communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are mandatory;
At least 15 years of proven track record in a managerial position within large-scale apparel industries;
Extensive practical working experience with globally renowned brands. such as Faded Glory, US POLO, NO Boundry, Kikit, Casual Male, C. J. Bank’s, Kohls, Gap, jordache, Jcpnny Sears, Gap and American eagle and others.

Possess in-depth knowledge of the complete Quality Assurance (QA) process to ensure seamless operations;
Conduct tool analysis such as fishbone diagrams and histograms to identify and eliminate root causes of defects, reducing the Daily Defects per Hundred Units (DHU) effectively;
Plan, execute, monitor, and follow up on all Quality Assurance activities, maintaining detailed reports of findings;
Oversee inspection and testing processes at various stages of production to ensure compliance with standards;
Analyze and evaluate the quality of products to meet and exceed buyer expectations;
Must have experience to work with different Garments buyer’s;
Guarantee zero defects in product quality by adhering to buyers’ quality standards and guidelines;
Exhibit knowledge of modern quality management techniques, such as Traffic System, 7 Point Check System, Lean Management;
Promote and maintain a disciplined, motivated, and well-supervised workforce while fostering a positive organizational culture;
Address and enhance workforce welfare, ensuring a harmonious and productive work environment.
